sec.14 Orders for payment of preliminary expenses
An order for the payment of preliminary expenses of a mother of a child to whose father she was not married at the time of its conception and whom she did not subsequently marry shall be in Form No. 8 or Form No. 9 of the Schedule, whichever is appropriate. s 14 amd reg pubd gaz 16 December 1978 p 1858
