### 97 Notice of trial

> > (3) Unless special reasons exist, a trial fixed to commence on a certain date is not to be adjourned beyond that date.

> > (4) A trial may only be adjourned to a fixed date.
>
> > (5) If the Court fails to fix an adjourned date, a registrar is to do so.
