95 Payment out of Court
(1) [Rule 95 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] If a payment into Court is not accepted, the money paid into Court is to be forwarded to the party entitled to it in accordance with the outcome of the proceeding.
(2) On the filing of a notice of acceptance, a registrar is to forward the money paid into Court to the party entitled to it in accordance with the notice of acceptance.
