85A Pre-conference orders
[Rule 85A Inserted by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013]
(1) This rule applies only to minor civil claims.
(2) At any time, on notice to the parties, a registrar may make interlocutory orders relating to –
(a) amendment of pleadings; and
(b) filing of pleadings; and
(c) orders for discovery; and
(d) any other matter specified in a practice direction.
