74 Hearing an application
(1) [Rule 74 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] Unless the Court orders otherwise, an interlocutory application is to be heard in open court.
(2) [Rule 74 Subrule (2) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] With the leave of the Court, a person may appear by telephone or video link at the hearing of an interlocutory application.
(3) [Rule 74 Subrule (3) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] The hearing of an interlocutory application may be adjourned –
(a) on no more than 2 occasions; and
(b) to a fixed date only.
(4) [Rule 74 Subrule (4) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] At the hearing of an interlocutory application, a fact may be proved by affidavit.
