70 Application by party
(1) [Rule 70 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] The Court, on the application of a party in a proceeding that has commenced, may make an order or do any other thing it is empowered to make or do under the Act or these rules.
(2) The Court may require a party to file a draft of any order sought.
