### 66 Inspection of discovered documents > > (1)  A party, by notice in writing to any other party, may request inspection of any discovered document or property in the possession, custody or control of that other party. > > > (2)  If a party does not comply with a request for inspection within 14 days after the date of service of the notice, the Court may order inspection of any document or property at a date, time and place fixed by the Court.
