### 64 Discovery > > (1)  A party, by notice in writing to any other party, may request – > > > > > > (a) discovery of any document or property relating to the matters in issue in an action; and > > > > > > > (b) disclosure of the location of any discovered document or property. > > > (2)  If a party does not comply with a request for discovery or disclosure within 14 days after the date of service of the notice, the Court may order the party to make discovery and disclosure by affidavit. > > > (3)  If further documents or property that are discoverable come into the possession, custody or control of a party that has already made discovery under these rules, that party is to make further discovery as soon as practicable.
