### 57 Affidavits made by 2 or more persons > > (1)  If an affidavit is made by 2 or more persons, the statement referred to in [rule 55(1)(f)](#GS55@Gs1@Hpf@EN) is to contain the full names of all persons making the affidavit. > > > (2)  If the affidavit is sworn by all the persons making the affidavit at the same time before the same person, it is sufficient to state that it was sworn by "both of the above-named persons" or "all of the above-named persons".
