40A Service by registered post
[Rule 40A Inserted by S.R. 2003, No. 17, Applied:09 Apr 2003] If a document is served by registered post, the following are to be filed with the affidavit of service:
(a) a registered mail posting receipt bearing the serial number referred to in the affidavit as being connected with the document;
(b) a delivery receipt signed by the person who took delivery of the document.
