37 Power to extend or shorten time limits
[Rule 37 Amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] In the course of any proceeding, the Court may extend or shorten any time limit fixed by –
(a) these rules; or
(b) an order made under these rules; or
(c) a practice direction.
