36 Powers of amendment
[Rule 36 Amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] In the course of any proceeding, the Court may do any or all of the following:
(a) amend any defect or error;
(b) remedy or rectify anyomission;
(c) take anything to be done at or from a date fixed by the Court.
