32 Discontinuance of proceeding
(1) [Rule 32 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] [Rule 32 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] A party may discontinue any proceeding commenced by that party at any stage of the proceeding by notice in writing filed and served on any other party.
