27 Dividing causes of action
(1) [Rule 27 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] A person is not to divide any cause of action for the purpose of commencing 2 or more proceedings.
(2) This rule does not apply to a cause of action in respect of which a claim is made for both damages for personal injuries and property damage.
