22 Particulars of litigation guardian
[Rule 22 Amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] A claim or originating application filed by a litigation guardian is to include the following particulars:
(a) the identity and address of the litigation guardian;
(b) the identity and address of the person under disability;
(c) the nature of the disability;
(d) if the person under disability is an infant, the date of birth of that infant.
