19A Body of persons acting in proceedings
[Rule 19A Inserted by S.R. 2008, No. 37, Applied:07 May 2008]
(1) In any proceeding, a body of persons may be represented by a natural person who may, but need not be, a practitioner.
(2) Subrule (1) applies regardless of whether the body of persons is –
(a) a party to the proceeding; or
(b) incorporated or unincorporated.
