### 145 Costs of unsuccessful objections to evidence > Unless the Court orders otherwise, a party who objects at a trial to the authenticity or admissibility of relevant evidence or a reproduction or specimen of relevant evidentiary material is to pay any costs incurred by the objection if the authenticity or admissibility is subsequently established.
