139 Complex proceeding
(1) [Rule 139 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] The Court, on the application of a party, may order that a proceeding is a complex proceeding.
(2) If the Court makes an order under subrule (1) , a successful party is entitled to costs on the scale specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1 .
