138A Entitlement to disbursements
[Rule 138.A Inserted by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] Unless the Court orders otherwise, a successful party in a proceeding is entitled on judgment, in relation to a matter specified in items 3, 4, 5 or 6 of the table in Schedule 2 , to the disbursements specified in that Schedule in relation to the matter.
