135 Warrant of possession

(1)  [Rule 135 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] A registrar, on the request of a person in whose favour a judgment for recovery or delivery up of possession of property has been given, is to issue to the bailiff a warrant of possession in an approved form.

(2)  A warrant issued under subrule (1) expires 12 months after the date on which it is issued.

(3)  After the expiry of a warrant and within the period referred to in rule 121 , a registrar may issue a further warrant in respect of the same judgment.
