### 135 Warrant of possession
> > (1) [*\[Rule 135 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013\]*](/view/html/inforce/2013-09-04/sr-2013-069#GS75@EN) A registrar, on the request of a person in whose favour a judgment for recovery or delivery up of possession of property has been given, is to issue to the bailiff a warrant of possession in an approved form.

> > (2) A warrant issued under [subrule (1)](#GS135@Gs1@EN) expires 12 months after the date on which it is issued.
>
> > (3) After the expiry of a warrant and within the period referred to in [rule 121](#GS121@EN) , a registrar may issue a further warrant in respect of the same judgment.
