(1) [Rule 13 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] The Court is to ensure that all necessary parties to a proceeding are joined in the proceeding.
(2) [Rule 13 Subrule (2) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] A proceeding is not defeated if parties to the proceeding –
(a) are incorrectly joined; or
(b) fail to be joined.
