### 129D Costs > [*\[Rule 129D Inserted by S.R. 2003, No. 17, Applied:09 Apr 2003\]*](/view/html/inforce/2003-04-09/sr-2003-017#GS13@EN) > > > (1)  Except where specific provision is made, the costs of any proceedings under this Division are to be in the discretion of a magistrate. > > > (2)  Unless otherwise directed, any costs of the garnishee proceedings to which a judgment creditor is entitled are to be retained out of the money recovered by the judgment creditor under the garnishee order in priority to the amount of the money due under the judgment.
