126 Attachment of debts

(1) A debt or periodical payment owing by, or accruing from, a firm carrying on business in Tasmania may be attached under this Division notwithstanding that one or more members of the firm may reside out of the jurisdiction.
(2) A provisional garnishee order is to be served on a person having the control or management of a partnership business, or a member of a firm, within the jurisdiction.
