### 103 Examination of witnesses on commission
> At or before trial, the Court may –
>
> > > (a) order the examination of a witness on oath; and
> >
> > > (b) require the attendance of a witness for that purpose; and

> > > (c) fix a date, time and place for the examination; and

> > > (d) appoint a person to take the evidence of the witness; and
