102 Summons to witness
(1) [Rule 102 Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2013, No. 69, Applied:04 Sep 2013] A party may file a summons in an approved form requiring a witness to attend at a trial to give evidence or to produce evidentiary material.
(2) A registrar is to issue the summons referred to in subrule (1) .
(3) The party filing the summons is to serve the summons on all other parties not less than 4 days before the date fixed for the attendance of the witness.
