Tasmania regulation
This instrument updates the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Rules 1998 by formally incorporating a set of amendments into the authorised version. It takes effect on the day its Gazettal is notified.
It affects litigants, lawyers and court staff in the Magistrates Court civil jurisdiction; the changes were adopted by the Magistrates Rule Committee. The text records incorporation rather than listing substantive amendments, so to see operational effects consult the authorised Principal Rules.
