Tasmania regulation
These Amendment Rules update the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Rules 1998 by incorporating specified changes into the authorised version of those Rules and take effect when their making is published in the Gazette. They are procedural: they change the court rules document that governs how civil matters proceed in the Magistrates Court. The immediate practical effect is on court users, practitioners and court staff who must follow the updated procedural text; implementation and compliance depend on accessing the authorised Rules and the Gazette notice.
