6 Jurisdiction of Court
The Magistrates Court (Children's Division) –
(a) has jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters arising from and under the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act 1997 ; and
(b) has the jurisdiction conferred on it by the Adoption Act 1988 ; and
(c) has any other jurisdiction conferred on it by any other Act.
