99 Infringement offence enforcement procedure under the Fines Reform Act 2014 The procedure set out in the **Fines Reform Act 2014** may be used instead of commencing a proceeding against a person for an offence for which an infringement notice within the meaning of the **Infringements Act 2006** could be issued or served in respect of an offence under an Act or other instrument which establishes the offence.
