72 Provisions extend to detention in youth justice centre If a person is directed under Subdivision (4) of Division 2 of Part 3 of the **Sentencing Act 1991** or under the **Children, Youth and Families Act** **2005** to be detained in a youth justice centre or a youth residential centre, the provisions of this Subdivision and of any regulations with respect to warrants to imprison extend and apply, with any necessary modifications, with respect to the issue and execution of a warrant to detain in a youth justice centre or a youth residential centre and with respect to any matter arising out of any such detention.
