16B Guidelines relating to the appointment of judicial registrars (1) The Chief Magistrate may, in consultation with the Attorney-General— S. 16B(1)(a) amended by No. 62/2014 s. 90. (a) prepare guidelines relating to the appointment (including re-appointment) of judicial registrars of the Court; and (b) from time to time amend or revoke any guidelines prepared under paragraph (a). (2) The Chief Magistrate must, as soon as practicable after preparing, amending or revoking any guidelines under subsection (1), cause a copy of the guidelines or the amendment or notice of the revocation (as the case requires) to be given to the Attorney-General.
