142 Rights, duties and liabilities declared in certain cases The rights, duties and liabilities of any person are declared to be, and always to have been the same as if each act or decision of an affected person as a purported occupant of the office of reserve magistrate during the relevant period had been an act or decision of a person who validly occupied the office of reserve magistrate.
