137Forfeitures may be sold

137 Forfeitures may be sold (1) All property (other than money) forfeited by or recovered in the Court may, except where otherwise provided by this or any other Act, be sold or disposed of or dealt with in any manner that the Court directs. (2) The proceeds of a sale, disposal or dealing under subsection (1) must be applied in the same manner as if the proceeds were a fine imposed under the Act on which the forfeiture is founded.
