12A Administrative responsibility of Chief Magistrate (1) The Chief Magistrate is responsible for ensuring the effective, orderly and expeditious discharge of the business of the Court. (2) The Chief Magistrate has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done to perform the Chief Magistrate's responsibilities under subsection (1). (3) Nothing in this section limits the responsibilities, functions or powers of the Chief Magistrate under this or any other Act. S. 13 amended by No. 64/1996 s. 29, substituted by No. 43/1998 s. 45.
