108A Protection of mediators A mediator to whom a civil proceeding or any part of a civil proceeding has been referred (whether by or under this Act, the Rules or under the **Civil Procedure Act 2010**) has, in the performance of his or her duties in connection with the reference, the same protection and immunity as a Judge of the Supreme Court has in the performance of his or her duties as a Judge.
