116D Pleas to prescribed offence
A defendant may—
(a) without prejudice to any other means of pleading guilty, enter a
plea of guilty by completing the plea of guilty form and
returning the form, whether by post or otherwise, to the registrar;
or
(b) give notice of his or her intention to defend by completing the
notice of intention to defend form and returning the form,
whether by post or otherwise, to the registrar.
