Determination of total allowable catch and catch limits
- The total allowable catches in the Macquarie Island Toothfish Fishery for the season which commences on 15 April 2010 and which will end on 14 April 2011 are:
Target species: Patagonian toothfish (Dissostichus eleginoides)
Aurora Trough 140 tonnes
Macquarie Ridge 150 tonnes
Bycatch Species
200 tonnes for all bycatch species combined with a 50 tonnes limit on any one species.
