24 Indemnification of certain persons
A member of the Trust, and any other person, exercising a power or performing a duty in relation to trust property pursuant to this Act or pursuant to any direction of the Synod or the Church Council, and their executors and administrators, shall be entitled to be indemnified out of the trust property against all expenses or liabilities incurred by the member or other person in connection with the exercise by him of the power or the performance by him of the duty.
