16 Duties of Trust
(1) Subject to this Act, the Trust shall hold trust property upon trust for the Church or for the Congregation, Parish, Society, Association, Auxiliary or Institution of the Church by or by whose direction it is transferred to the Trust and upon any other trust affecting the property while it is vested in the Trust.
(2) Subject to subsection (1), the trust shall hold, manage, administer and otherwise deal with trust property in accordance with the directions of the Synod or the Church Council.
