11 Execution under seal by agent etc
The Trust may, by writing under its common seal, expressly empower any person, in respect of any specified matter, as its agent or attorney to execute any deed, instrument, contract or agreement on its behalf, and any deed, instrument, contract or agreement so executed by such an agent or attorney on behalf of the Trust shall bind the Trust and have the same effect as if it were under its common seal.
