91 Anchoring of vessels
(1) A person must not, except in accordance with the approval of the Board, anchor a vessel in the Lagoon.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) This clause does not apply to—
(a) a vessel attached to a mooring apparatus, or
(b) a vessel with an overall length of less than 5 metres.
