#### 13 Powers of Board as to tourists and licensing business 13 Powers of Board as to tourists and licensing business > > (1) The Board may— > > > > > (a) control and regulate the tourist trade to and upon the Island, > > > > > (b) require persons carrying on such businesses or trades as the Board may determine to be licensed.
