#### 4B Benefits under this Act and other portable long service leave scheme legislation 4B Benefits under this Act and other portable long service leave scheme legislation > > (1) This section applies to an employee who— > > > > > (a) is registered as a worker under— > > > > > > > (i) the [Community Services Sector (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 2024](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2024-039), or > > > > > > > (ii) the [Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) Act 2010](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2010-122), and > > > > > (b) has elected under that Act to take long service leave benefits under that Act for a period stated by the employee. > > > (2) The employee’s election does not prevent the employee from receiving benefits under this Act. > > > (3) However, the employee is not entitled to a benefit under this Act for a period for which the employee received a benefit under— > > > > > (a) the [Community Services Sector (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 2024](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2024-039), or > > > > > (b) the [Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) Act 2010](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2010-122). > > **s 4B:** Ins 2010 No 122, Sch 3.4 \[2\].
