#### 4A Notification of payments 4A Notification of payments > > (1) This section applies to an employer under the following Acts— > > > > > (a) the [Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act 1986](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1986-019), > > > > > (b) the [Community Services Sector (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 2024](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2024-039), > > > > > (c) the [Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) Act 2010](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2010-122). > > > (2) An employer who intends to make a payment by way of a benefit under this Act to or in relation to an employee under an Act specified in subsection (1) must notify the Long Service Corporation before making the payment. > > **s 4A:** Ins 1998 No 33, Sch 4.2.
