Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This Determination prescribes the paperwork concession-holders in the Southern Squid Jig Fishery must complete and retain—primarily daily fishing logs, catch disposal records (including scallops), and transit forms when consigning to Commonwealth Fish Receiver Permit holders.
The specific logbook formats were published in the Commonwealth Gazette (15 June 2011). The Determination included an automatic expiry of 31 December 2015, after which the specified logbooks could not be used unless renewed.
