Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This Determination required concession-holders in the Northern Prawn Fishery to complete and keep the "Northern and Torres Strait Prawn Fisheries Daily Fishing Log NP16" each day they fished, recording activities per the logbook’s instructions. The logbook form was published in the Commonwealth Gazette on 15 June 2011 and the Determination expired on 31 December 2015 unless renewed. The records support catch, effort and location monitoring to aid sustainable fishery management.
