15 Issue of provisional certificate
(1) The Board must issue a provisional certificate for the location offset for a film to the applicant if it is satisfied that the conditions set out in subsections 376‑20(2), (3), (5), (7) and (8) of the Act will be met, or are likely to be met, if the film is completed in accordance with the information supplied in the application. (2) A provisional certificate is subject to any condition specified by the Board in the certificate.
