13 Refusal to issue provisional certificate
The Board may refuse to issue a provisional certificate for the location offset for a film if it is not satisfied that the conditions set out in subsections 376‑20(2), (3), (5), (7) and (8) of the Act will be met, or are likely to be met, if the film is completed in accordance with the information supplied in the application.
