5 Ratepayers with more than one holding

(1) If a ratepayer occupies 2 or more holdings, the ratepayer may only cast one vote in the election regardless of the number of holdings.

(2) If a group of 2 or more ratepayers occupies 2 or more holdings, the group, or an individual authorised by the group, may only cast one vote in the election regardless of the number of holdings.

(3) This section does not prevent an individual from voting on one or more occasions as the nominee of ratepayers for holdings of which the individual is not a ratepayer.
