Sch 1 s 4 Who may vote in an election
4 Who may vote in an election
(1) The following persons may vote in an election—
(a) if there is a single ratepayer for a holding—
(i) if the ratepayer is an individual at least 18 years of age—the ratepayer, or
(ii) otherwise—a nominee,
(b) if there are 2 or more ratepayers for a holding—a nominee.
(2) An individual may vote as a nominee for more than one holding.
